ECLC of New Jersey is a nonprofit school that provides special education to children with the ages of 5 to 21. It serves more than 200 children with language, autism and multiple disabilities. The school operates a supported employment program that serves over 100 young adults with community personnel services. Its programs offer physical and occupational therapies, counseling and social skills development. ECLC of New Jersey also provides several after-school activities, including bowling, trips, sports events, prom night and scouting. The school is accredited by the National Association of Private Special Education Centers, Association of Schools and Agencies for the Handicapped and New Jersey State Department of Education. Its foundation makes scholarships to students for post high school planning. ECLC of New Jersey maintains a location in Chatham, N.J.
