I do not know who gave the poor review about our company. I had a customer today tell me about this review and now I want to respond even though this review goes back to '2008.

We would like to know who made such a bad comment about our company. There are many customers we go back to do a courtesy call without giving any customer any problems at all.

Pet urine, blood, and ink are spots that can wick back up to the surface. Each one of these spots can require more advanced spotters such as blood eraser, ink remover, or pet enzymes. These type of spots can wick up to the surface for any customer. I invite anyone readying reviews on any website to sign on to Angie's List where we have approx. 40 reviews and all are Rated A. I am a chaplain, and provide ministry to those in hospice working with multiple churches. My office will handle your work order professionally. The same person working the phone (Kathy) has been doing so ever since we opened in '2000.

I have had Rich clean my carpets two different times now. The first was a rent property where I was about to tear the carpet out to replace it. Rich cleaned it and I was axed carpet looked new again and saved me $$$ I have also had h clean my carpets in our restaurant. Ground I'm grease and dirt. Yesterday I had them clean the dining room only as the lounge looked pretty good . My mistake. The dining room looks great but it made the lounge look terrible. That's what I get for trying to save money. Service is great and prices are better

I asked for an estimate by phone on Saturday, August 6, 2011. The estimate was less than the other places I called and they scheduled me for Monday, August 8. They arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. They were friendly and professional, AND the actual charges were the same as the over-the-phone estimate! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
