Oxford Hill Apartments

DO NOT EVER MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT... Worst service I have ever seen. I moved into this apartment 2 months back. When I booked this apartment they told me they will give its possession after 15 days as they have to do maintenance stuff some checks and Health Inspector evaluation. But they delayed the possession date saying some reasons then when i moved into this apartment there is hell lot of issues with this apartment.

1) As I moved in on first day it was 60 Degrees outside and heater was not working, I called emergency maintenance staff and he came but unable to fix problem. We spent entire night at bone freezing temperature..

2) I found some bed bugs and cockroaches on 3rd day, but leasing staff was not ready to accept that there are bugs in the apartment. They were not ready to believe on me and told me to do pesticide n all. (estimated expense of almost $650)

3) When summer time started AC is not working and i complained almost 8 times about this issue, maintenance staff comes and do something it just works for 2 days and same issue. They are not caring to fix this issue permanently instead they are telling me reasons that its summer time it happens. (My friends who stays in same community they are not facing this issue for AC and leasing staff telling this issue is in all apartments in summer time etc.) . Even my family getting sick due to summer heat but still apartment is not caring about fixing it.

4) When i moved in 2 stoves of gas were not working it took 3 weeks to fix that issue for those burners and after repeated reminders and complaints.

5) Dishwasher was leaking water when i first used dish washer when i moved in.

6) When maintenance guys fixed dish washer then sewer motor stopped working. It took almost 1 month for maintenance guy to come and fix the sewer motor in spite of frequent complaining.



My AC issue is still outstanding and leasing center is not taking any action to fix this. Even from their facial expression and gestures it don't seem they are taking this matter serious and taking action.
