Excellent costumer service! I cracked my phone and wanted my data back on my new phone but I had almost lost hope and wanted to return my phone because after so many tries I couldn’t access the phone at all. The guys were awesome!!!!! They fixed my phone for a great price and it took them only 30 mins!!! I will definitely be going back to them for any problems I have with my iPhone!!!

I've never broken a phone and unfortunately I cracked my iPhone screen in the middle of a busy work day and didn't have the time or the patience to deal with Verizon (even though I have insurance through them)...I dropped my phone off here without really doing much research and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. My phone was fixed in about 20 minutes and I couldn't be happier with the results. Hopefully I won't need to use them again but if I do happen to need my phone repaired, I'll certainly go back.
