World Class Barbers

So much for world class!!! Never again will I go in there!!

This place was a cool place I had been there a few times before and it was exactly what a person wants from a neighborhood barbershop. That is until today. I understand that appointments take priority as they should. But when I call at 1:30 to as if there was room for a walk in, and I am told to come in at the top of the hour I expect there to be room for a walk in.

When I arrived there were two other guys waiting as walk ins. They were taken care of.... but me.... NAH I don't matter. I was there for 2 solid hours hearing about how there was a fight involving a customer earlier that day, I heard about how the one barber that was leaving had sausages in the fridge, I heard about now the barber that started while I was sitting there was told all about the fight that happened by his customers. 2 hours of my day off spent listening to them watching appointment after appointment get taken care of after the 2 walk ins from before, yet I waited patiently.

AND THEN.... after wasting my Saturday, being patient, and polite... I am told hey man we don't have room for a walk in we are booked. Ok, I get that, but I replied "Damn man you could have told me two hours ago so I don't waste my time." The reply I got was the best part.... "I didn't know you were there waiting." WTF Really dude!?!? Not only did he not see me, but no one did except the one guy that left, and had to run back in to get his sausages and oj?!? You got to be kidding me, oh and when I pointed out that I wasn't arguing with him he wants to brush me off like I don't matter! Ok I guess I am not the right customer for you guys, or my money ain't green enough!!

World class is more like NO Class!!! Time to find a new shop.

great barbers! Leon and Isaac really know their way around some clippers and I should know because Im a retired Marine. two locations and both shops are spot on.
