These folks are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I walk in cold-turkey off the street with an eyeglass emergency (multi-focals lost while visiting the area from out of state). The folks I worked with were the apex of "southern hospitality." They knew I had a wedding event to attend and they were very busy at the time. They suggested other times that they are traditionally slower until one matched my schedule. Upon my return, I was greeted like an old friend returning! In no time, I not only had a spare pare of glasses (with the help of my home optometrist emailing the RX for me), AND ended up with a second pair (part of an ongoing promotion that week)! They came highly recommended as well from the local hotel staffs, who are familiar with their work! A month later, I contacted them as I had lost my receipt and needed to get a copy. With no hesitation at all they offered to find / fax / or mail me a copy! These guys are great!
