If you don't have codes on your car, don't bring it here, because he can't fix a car without it. At Lexus dealership , they didn't have any problem fixing a car without codes. I took a lexus car here for the catalytic converted, and he charged me $1277.00 , but at the Meineke Auto was only $1000. 00 . It was already too late to stop. I asked about the Radar arms so he said I needed to fix that . He charged twice on the labor shop just for 1 radar arm!. A bad experience with this auto place.

I bought my parts at autozone to bring to steve to install. Autozone put computer to figure out why light is on and another mechanic told me the same issue. I went with Steve because he quoted the cheapest to install parts.I drove from indian trail to them just for him to refuse to install and wanted to charge me for their diagnostic because he said its not the part and he will order the right part. He wasted my time and gas to not do what I wanted done on my car. If that wasnt the part its up to me to decide on putting it or not. So if they quote you a price on a service or agree on something to be done. BE AWARE!!! It will be more when you get there. He was rude on top of that "I know how to install it". He got mad when I decline on his expensive service that was not agreed on before going "ok we are done here". STAY AWAY
