Townes at University Pointe

They need knew management and staff and maintenance staff. Very poor customer service all across the board. I've put in an work order for mold/mildew in over 3months now and still haven't even been looked at and or fixed. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this place. They have nothing to offer but problems and chaos to your life. My roof in my children's room still isn't completely fixed.
Then had the nerve to tell me to put bleach on it and shower with my window open to avoid mold and mildew on my ceiling. I have 3 children and that's the best answer they could give me instead of doing there job like fixing the problem.
A building inspector or governor or mayor needs to shut this place down. My review is just the surface of this place not the core.

Nice apartments for a great price......the staff is nice and helpful

I would not recommend anyone to live here. The staff in the office are unprofessional. Bugs from other people's houses would come through the vents. My neighbors had 20 people living in a two bedroom next door, which led to my decor being knocked off the wall and broken, LOUD noise from arguing, music and playing EVERY morning! If you are a female. Be prepared to be harrassed everytime you walk outside.



OH and the best part, Your apartment WILL be broken into (that is why they are NOW requiring everyone to have renters insurance) because there are a lot of people that sit at home all day WATCHING your every move. But wait, you will not be able to get out of your lease unless you are military, sexual assualted or domestic violence. SO if all of your stuff is stolen be sure to leave a note asking the robber to come back and assault you(kidding)....

I swear if I could give no stars I would. These apartments are complete old raggedy trash. To begin with there were roaches all over. They "sprayed" once In a while but I believe they were spraying sugar water instead of bug repellant. Old stained carpets and no bathroom outlets. Loud music and fighting all the time. I literally saw a street brawl outside of my bedroom window one night. Had a girl stealing my electricity from my outside outlet and management basically said we can't do anything about it. Had random ppl standing by my door sometimes when I opened it. Old people in wheelchairs rolling around half naked. I saw it all at this trash they call an apartment complex. Management has gotten worse all these chicks that are friends in the office talking and hanging out but not working. The ONLY positive thing I will say is maintenance was extremely nice and quick about responding to work orders. When I finally moved out they had the audacity to charge me for drip pans and a "dirty tub" plus my carpet shampooed. I am by no means a dirty person and I was shocked that they even pulled that BS! This place is a living nightmare so if you want your sanity and peace of mind move elsewhere.

Four words: bed bugs and roaches. This place has an infestation. But they hide behind a clause in the contract that gives you 30 days to see signs of an infestation before they demand $300.00 to fumigate. They will lie to you at any point. If I wasn't a disabled vet, I'd leave in a heartbeat.

I haven't had any issues this far. They will work with you if life happens and you can't make full payment of rent, anytime I've had maintenance issues they've come in a timely manner and my neighbors are pretty decent. The only problem I do have is not enough lighting in my apt and I have no electric outlets in my bathroom, which sucks when I want to curl my hair in good lighting.

Townes at University Pointe is the NASTIEST community to live in! The management knew that there was a bedbug problem! People are moving out of this apartment in droves because the complex wants them to pay to remove these issues that have been here long before they left! They want to charge $300.00 for this issue!! PLEASE get the word out!! UNPROFESSIONAL staff. Roach infested. Shady. They will not show you the unit you will move in unless you sign a lease. They will lie and show you a model and tell you it is yours.

Nobody ever move here the rent office is racist they tell lies our apartment was broken into and it took them 3 weeks to fix the door and change the locks the neighbors ate drama!!!!!!don't move here

The main office is very rude and unprofessional. When I first moved in the apartment was roach infested, but they showed me the apartment during the day so I didn’t spot any until I started to move my belongings in later on in the day. They refused to accommodate me in any way and I ended up having to live with roaches for 2 months before they were under control. I tried contacting their corporate office but they refused to provide any information, and to this day I still cannot locate a name or number for the owner of these apartments. These people are very shady, trashy, and unprofessional. I want to break my lease so bad, because it really isn’t worth the hassle. I guess you get what you pay for.
