TOW DOCTOR , AUTO TOWING SERVICE LLC

I previously called Tow Doctor to get a quote for a tow. I told the representative what type of car it was and where it was parked. I was quoted around $100. I told the representative that I will be calling back at a later time to schedule the tow. So on the day of the needed tow, I was refused service. I was told that west Charlotte was too far. But on the website, it was clearly stated that Tow Doctor serves Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, Harrisburg and the surrounding areas.
