Northlake Optical

I bought some reading glasses from the north lake optical store around Christmas time and decided to return them because I found out my aunt wouldn't want them she had some. They would not accept a return although it was in the original box unopened with the receipt and purchased only a week ago. Do not shop there as they will not take returns. A mall store should accept returns with receipt in original box. They were so hard up for money that they would not accept the return. Bad customer service. Snarky

WORST OPTICAL SHOP IN NC!



I wanted to order some simple ray bans from this store and I waited 3 1/2 months before I had to have a confrontation with the manager Jeff Veerman over the phone. I even had the glasses paid for and was waiting while they had my money. My glasses were "backordered" twice and they said they woud THEN order them seperately and it would only take 7-10 days. Well they never called me back and here it was nearly 20 days later! When Jeff Veerman called me he showed absolutely NO remorse or CARE for me as a RETURNING customer and demanded that I take my money and go somewhere else! Like I AM THE ONE THAT DID SOMETHING WRONG! The phone call was very awkward and he was very passive aggressive. I will NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS STORE! NOT EVEN FOR INSURANCE EYE CARE! And also the employees were very irritable and didn't even seem like they wanted you in the store. If I could rate this -5 stars I would.
