        Overall

        I ordered a pair of mens shoes on Christmas Day; showed them to my husband and he didn’t like them. I tried to call several times to cancel the order and there was no answer; called at 8:00 this AM, after reading statement were here for you 24/7, and still no answer. I finally talked to someone at 12:00 only to be told it was too late to cancel the order! It hasn’t shipped yet and won’t be delivered until 1/7-1/13. I an so dissatisfied with this non customer service and when it is delivered I will be responsible for the return so, I will not be shopping at Nordstrom Rack again
