Over the past six months nothing seemed to go well. They do try to get you to use their PA, since seeing a Dr takes longer. They referred me to radiology and the machine was down when I got there. Last visit the computers were down. Today I had to wait on the phone 45 minutes, got an inexperienced receptionist who eventually hung up on me since she didn't understand what I needed, even after many repeats, spelling it out for her, and multiple explanations. I now have a new family practice as of today.

If i could give 0 stars, I would!!! Dr Garner was also dismissive of my mother's concerns. He was uninterested in her GI issues and told her it was probably due to stress but didn't want to do any work up. He also suggested that she needed someone to talk to because he thinks she just needs to "talk"! He kept cutting her off when she was speaking and really didn't listen to her concerns. On our return visit for a refill of prescriptions and follow up. He didn't know why were there and was confused why he hadn't ordered the blood work yet. It may be time for him to retire since I think he has lost his concern and empathy for a patient's needs!

I have been going to Dr. Adam Ligler for two years now and I have received EXCELLENT care in both a critical situation and consequent follow ups. My first visit lasted over an hour with the Dr. and his nurse. They were very attentive and provided a high level of diagnostic evaluation and treatment plan. His RN, Carol has always been very compassionate and responsive each time I have called the office. I cannot say enough about the partnership of care and concern they both showed for my care.

This is a big practice, with a poor bed side manner. They are just moving people in/out of the office with no personal attention. We have been coming here for ~ 2 1/2 years and each time, it's very impersonal. Most recently, I had a surgery scheduled and needed a faxed document from them and it took 4 days, 5 phone calls and finally had to show up in person to get them to fax the document to the hospital after repeated requests from the hospital and me :-( They were not apologetic and did not care.

Dr. hanrahan is a great doctor. he is easy to talk to and spends time with you.
