Da-Vi Nails

Low budget, unprofessional.. No cuticle oil, minimal color selection, amateur techs. First and last time coming here.

I have been a customer for over 2 years at this nail salon. Im a goodcustomer , I tip well, I get the most expensive product, wax eyebrows, fill in every two weeks pedis once a month for 2 years. Then I go in one day and a guy sits me down to do my manicure I wanted a new set put on and old pink in white taken off. I wish I could post a picture on here. The guy ripped two of my nails off partially it has been over 24 hours and It is still throbbing. The owner came over while he was doing this saw my nails bleeding and just ask me why I didn't like pink in white. He was only concerned that I wasn't going to get the most expensive product this time not that two of my fingers were bleeding! They didn't offer me any compensation or anything! The guy is a younger black male the only one that works there and he has NO idea what he is doing ! I'm going tomorrow to check certifications! Ive only saw him in the past folding towels but I didn't want to be judgemental when he started to my nails. I trusted this place and that chopped my nails. Im in so much pain. Do NOT trust this place
