I applied for loan via online app. Called store on 8-1-14 explained I had applied for loan employee named Laura never responded just had a long pause for about 4 minutes then came back and informed me I had current student delinquency of 180 days. Which was totally incorrect information.I informed her that her info was incorrect. Poor customer service and lousy service, I wouldn't get a loan from them now if they offered it for free!!!!
