Boll Medical

Have dealt with Boll Medical twice before. Had occasion to order nebulizer recently. The order was stalled (said later they needed more information to order). Two months later I visit Dr office and tell them the problem. They say they will provide any information they need. I called 3 weeks later--order not completed. Took 3 tries to get a return call from Bolll. Two months later I go in to talk to order processor. She says she is getting no response. Immediately call dr. office. They have received no request for information. They will call Boll. They did--and were told clerk was out, she would return the call. No response was ever received by Dr. office from Boll. No followup was done with me. Order incomplete. I am going elsewhere. I am done!

I would reccomend Boll Medical to anyone. Had everything I needed to recover from my illness in the most comfortable way possible. Staff was very knowledgeable and extremely caring to my needs. I've heard Boll was the best in WV but I know it's true now!
