Spa At Charleston

First kudos to this spa for being open during the 4th of July holiday weekend. Most of the other spas were closed or closing very early. This spa was more than accomodating for my fiance and I after our 5 hour drive from Atlanta. We arrived the next morning to a surprisingly pleasant visit. This spa is in a vintage house and looks somewhat deceptively old fashioned on the outside...however very modern services on the inside. What is even better than other spas visited elsewhere is they truly try to accomodate couples. You can do romantic mud baths together! You would not be in a tub, instead you rub the mud on each other and then can rinse off. Yes it's private. We will be doing that next time! Facials (including male facials) are done together not separately. Very well trained and knowledgeable staff. If you can avoid the snotty places and want to be treated warmly then please visit this spa. I wish I could bring my bridal party here, I know we would have a great time. We are planning to make this a permanent place to visit each time we are in Charleston
