Coastal Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

The doctor was great, if you get back there to him. But the office staff was clueless, rude, and disorganized. No communication amongest one another. After this horrible experience included (surgery schld only to be cancelled 30 min before, b/c of wrong information, suppose to receive call back in 15 min never came, told them I had a release from other doctor not communicated to rest of staff.)., the insurance dept called me back assuming this was all my fault only to find thru discussion that it was the fault of the staff. They never looked at my records for the correct phone number to reach me for any information. The final words after I told them I would not return was "I hope you find some body who doesn't mess it up". REAL professional. My husband works for largest aviation corp in the world & our experience, will be communicated to all fellow employees.
