        Overall

        Don't even think about it. Horizon Bay is the worst of the worst. Admitted my grandmother. Within months, after making multiple complaints to the administrator about overcharging, suspiciously, they arranged a meeting with their in-house attorney behind my back and took full control of her. That's right ladies and gentlemen, they stole my grandmother to bury practices of over billing. TRUE STORY
