Greg went through plans A, B and C to fix a leak in my refrigerator instead of brushing me off and telling me to buy a new one. What finally worked was getting an air compressor from his truck and blowing clear the line.

Greg Rode has come now for the third time, for three different appliances. The first one, the stove, he fixed v. quickly and the 2d time that was an electrical issue which also worked out in the end.

The second appliance Greg fixed was torn insulation in the fridge which he handily replaced but also gave me a bunch of magnets to craft with(!) from the old insulation. Wow!
He also managed to locate a spare part for that fridge that I’d been unable to find. Thanks!

This third time I was overjoyed that Greg was willing and able to fix the trash compactor which a guest had jammed. Greg took it all apart and left the whole thing much better than he found it! Was so gratified not to have to keep using the cat litter as kitchen garbage! I am very delighted to say the least. And what I really appreciate about the Ace Company is their ability and desire to fix things instead of throw them away. It’s 13 yo!!! Good as new.

Greg is the man. He did a excellent job and is very thorough. High recommended and very knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed with ACE

The customer service is great and Greg, the technician who came to repair our fridge is outstanding! After two technicians from two other companies failed to fix our fridge, he came out and promised to finish the job and get it working and he did! We were 2 months without a fridge and after working on it for two hours our fridge was fixed just as he promised. I wish we called Ace right from the start! Great service and very experienced and knowledgeable technician!

Poor customer service person, argumentative, pushey, doesn't communicate well with customer or warranty depth
