Please do yourself a favor,and try to find another business for your home appliances services,specially be careful for the amount they would charge you for the services they haven't provided.They provided a service to us for $39 ,both parties agreed on.Then in a sudden I saw $180.20 charge on my amex.I called them and asked them to refund the difference,the answer was unacceptable,they said they wouldn't listen to me (Since I disputed the amount) There is no way that you could communicate with this business reps properly.They are unfriendly and dishonest.

Service Doctors was a great option to repair my AC unit at a reasonable price.

Amit Jain who came out was quick & polite, and he came out on a Saturday morning after I called on a Friday. The number you are calling is his cell phone and he also communicates via text which is great. He let me know the issues that my older system has, and brought my older system up to a much better standard than it was before. Our experience with company in 2012 was not so much good but instantly they come up with lot of changes in company structure & services.

I was really happy about the Service doctors when I called in this company to repair my air Conditioning . The Technician Amit was so gracious and honest man, He came my home at schedule time. This is awesome customer service. But very happy to see my air Conditioning is good to make me happy, after that he did not too much charge me for this service and this was very kind of him, wishing

My air conditioning was not cooling, it was the weekend. I called Service Doctors and they were at my house promptly. I have small children so it was really important for me to get my AC fixed quickly. Thanks again Service Doctors for your awesome service.

I am real estate agent and often call Service Doctors in Chantilly to fix or check the HVAC systems. They always come on time, are prompt, professional, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants HVAC services

My refrigerator wasnt cooling. Their technician came to my home. Took 5 minutes to say the control panel needed to be replaced. He ordered the part. Two days later he replaced it & said it would take 5-7 hours to cool down. 24 hours later it hadn't cooled down. I asked for another service call & the technician said he didn't work Sundays. He told me by text that he,wouldn't charge my credit card until it was fixed. Monday, his office called & asked to verify card #. I said he,wasn't authorized to charge the card until it was fixed. I was over $400.00 in the hole with a dead fridge if they charged. He said, "we bought the part.". I said I didn't need it. Misdiagnosed." He charged my card right then. Next day, the tech came & said I needed a new compressor for $800.00. I told him to forget it. Stay away. They are,crooks.

I was quoted $39 to inspect a refrigerator problem. The technician informed me that the control board needed to be replaced for $435 and to defrost the refrigerator for 24 hours which I did. I put down $100 for parts. After the technician left I I realized the cost is no more than $130 so why the extra $300? I tried to contact the company but got not answer so I left a message to cancel the following appointments. I got an answer by contacting them on Thumbtack asking why they charged so much for a minor repair and if I could be refunded the deposit minus the $39 service fee. I was informed that they had already ordered the part. I asked to have the part delivered and offered to pay the difference. I never received a response and I really doubt if they ordered the control board.

Do not trust these people. I called for service on one eye of my stove and they ended up messing up the other eye on the stove. Now I can't use front burners at all. They wanted $354 and that would be a whole new stove. They did NOTHING for what they broke. Don't use these guys, they will give you nothing back. I'm calling my credit card company and possibly suing them.

To Service Doctors I give all the 5 star reviews about customer services are true. My water heater machine wasn't working. They gave me advice over phone after a few questions, they knew exactly what the problem was and they gave me a schedule time on Monday and came to my home; fixed it. Amit Jain(John) is quick, courteous, & honest. He came to look at an AC & told us that a wire was loose. Presto. Recommend! I actually found him via adwords

Eventually, I will have to replace the HVAC system in my house (is from the 80s-90s), but I was given another few good years of work on my system. He cleaned the coils, replaced the Freon, and cleaned out the system, installed new filters.

We returned from vacation on a Friday night to an 87 degree house. Service Doctors Air Conditioning answered my call at 7:30 and said they could come out the next day after another customer. I received a call from John the technician at 11 a.m. letting me know he was on the way. By noon he had the air running, and had cleaned both units.

Andy (Service Doctors) was great. He arrived within an hour, was quick to get the work done, and was friendly. His fee was reasonable, too.



I read many of these reviews before calling him, but I was still pleasantly surprised. Would certainly recommend him to a friend, or call him again myself.

I strongly recommend Service Doctors Plumbing. The workers were extremely professional and they know their business very well. While I am not a professional plumber at all, I've done a little household plumbing like soldering and running copper pipe, installing new sinks and faucets and replacing drainpipes. I am very, very impressed with the quality of their work. It's solid and clearly done with pride and attention to detail. They provided me with an estimate for a somewhat unusual 3 day job, and they stayed within the estimate, too. I'm definitely thankful to find them, and recommend them without hesitation.

Stay away from this company. If I could give them less stars, I would. They are unresponsive, incompetent, and should not be in business. We hired Service Doctors to replace an ice maker on a Subzero refrigerator. They were quick to come out and informed us that we needed a new water pump, ice maker and a new light switch. They charged my wife $451 up front and said they would need to order the parts and come back. This was on 29 June. After approx 3 weeks, I called for a status. I was told the part was in and they would send someone out by the end of the week. Although the appointment was scheduled 9-12 am, the service guy finally showed up at 5 pm. He quickly informed my wife that they ordered the wrong ice maker and would need to reorder again. My wife asked the service guy if he could at least fix the light switch. After about 5 minutes, he said he had to leave, without fixing anything. Approximately another 3 weeks and several calls later, another service guy showed up with another ice maker, but no water pump or light switch. I had enough at this point and asked the person to leave and requested a refund of my $451. I have yet to receive a call from the owner John, even though I left several messages and have received promise after promise that He would return my call and refund my money.

Service Doctors is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. My only recommendation is to stay away.
