I was very impressed with everyone at Pohanka Chevrolet in Chantilly. Today was my first visit for car repairs, but it won't be my last. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I will recommend everyone I know to this business. Mike Seed is a Senior Service Consultant. He and all other employees were extremely professional, courteous and polite to me. They greet you with a sincere smile as soon as you step out of your car & start taking care of your needs immediately. As soon as you walk thru the customer service door, the cashier greets you with a sincere smile and offers you complimentary coffee and danish. This company does exactly what they advertise and more. They even cleaned my car inside and out, believe me, it was dirty. The dealership where I purchased my car wouldn't offer me a ride home when they kept my car for more than 2 hours. They said it was too far. I live 6 miles away. I didn't even purchase my car from Pohanka in Chantilly but they shuttled me home and came to my home to pick me up after the repairs were done and shuttled me back to get my car. They didn't questioned the distance. It was about the same as 6 miles. My repairs were done in a timely fashion and I had my car back quickly. My next new vehicle will be purchased from Pohanka Chevrolet in Chantilly, Va. I can only rate this company 5 stars. But they deserve a BIG 10.
