Jiffy Lube

I had a unique, very favorable experience on October 17, 2019. I left the vet next door to Jiffy Lube and had papers on the roof of my car while I lifted the sister Sheltie into the car; our brother Sheltie had passed away and we were picking up his urn. I am sure I was emotional and not thinking clearly. I see the papers flying around as I turn on Rt. 50. I turned back and started retrieving them during rush hour traffic. I use a cane, which made this more challenging. Out of nowhere, this beautiful young lady, Jessica, appears. She works at Jiffy Lube! She collected many scattered papers. We had a delightful conversation. I have my car's service at the dealer. Next time, I will visit this Jiffy Lube and hope that I will see Jessica. She is a very kind individual and a wonderful representative of Jiffy Lube. I hope management recognizes Jessica. I am confident she would be a wonderful manager. THANK YOU, JESSICA! YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND YOUR JOB REQUIREMENTS. WE NEED MORE JESSICAS IN THE WORLD!!!
