Upon entering the store you will be greeted by four sales reps (walmart only has one greeter) over staffed much???... Next you will be entered into a contract that can (and does) change on a regular basis.. If you have an issue with a device you will be given the runaround and still have to pay approximately 30% of the original cost of the device.. All while being talked to in a sarcastic, demeaning, arrogant tone. If it weren't for the redicilous termination fees for the contracts this customer wouldn't be a customer any longer ...
