        Just removed carpet from all bedrooms and the den with Flooring America and the experience was superb! Gregory was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me well informed, was on top of things and accessible.

        There was a little hiccup on the first day of the project due to a last minute emergency. Gregory was on top of it and was able to find a few guys to come for demolition. Unfortunately I didn't get their names but will tell you they were awesome! They worked diligently so they were able to catch up on the 2 hour delay.

        They were meticulous and did a marvelous job with the tile. They consulted with me and gave me some ideas of how things could look better which I very much appreciated. They even accommodated my request to include the transition tile I bought.

        In all, I am extremely satisfied with Flooring America and the crew that worked on this project. I will certainly hire Flooring America again for the next project without hesitation.
