At Competitive Fitness it is our goal to redefine fitness in a competitive and motivating environment. Utilizing the CrossFit technique and philosophy we will motivate, educate and inspire individuals, adults and children alike, to reduce obesity and regain their ability to live a healthier lifestyle. Simply put, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity. CrossFit workouts are difficult and challenging, but are scalable for individuals of all fitness levels. The competition can be with yourself or with others during group workouts. Competitive Fitness is a community focused on living well. We believe in hard work, intensity, competition, and motivation. We will provide you with a daily workout and certified trainers to assist you. We don't believe anyone going to workout in a gym and not knowing what to do. Too much time at the gym is wasted and too many goals aren't achieved, not because of a lack of motivation, but lack of knowledge and assistance. We aim to correct this problem. If you ask most people, and even most trainers, the most common answers will involve Body Fat Percentage, Body Weight or Cardio. We believe in a more complete definition. Your fitness level is composed of your ability in 10 very specific areas. They are: Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Strength, Stamina, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility and Balance. So, considering this new definition, we ask again: How Fit are You?
