The Auto Mall of Champaign

This place should be sued. I recently purchased a very nice looking money pit from these people. My fiancé and I noticed before we purchased at truck that there was a noise that sounded like an exhaust problem or salesman assured us it was an gasket that went to the muffler. Our salesman assured us that the problem was minor and he told us to bring the vehicle back in on Monday then it would be fixed. When we treat drove the truck it was on empty after the paperwork was signed went to the gas station - found out the had cap was broken five minutes after we paid for it was costing us we took the truck back and the salesman gave us the run around and the problem was not fixed we have had to take the truck to seven repair shops only to find out the actual problem was bolts that was holding up the manifold in the engine were broken and the manifold was warped. Then a well after that the air ride suspension went out. These people were not helpful they did not care. I will never purchase nor recommend anyone dealing with these people. We ended up fixing the problem with money we had in savings.

RIP OFF ALERT This place rates an F at the Better Business Bureau. My car broke down on the highway 4 days after I purchased it from this place. Sure, the salesman was "nice", but ALL used car salesemen are "nice" right up until they relieve you of your money. Try getting them to talk to you when there is a problem with the car they sell you. Research this company Before you go.

I bought my car from here. My sales person was awesome. Clark asked a few questions on what I was looking in a car. I didnt go in knowing what i wanted. He placed me in a car that absoulutly suits me and met my needs and a few extras that was in my bugdet. Thanks Clark!
