Brother's Pizza

I have used this place once before and thought they were fine so decided to order again. This time for delivery rather than pick up. I placed my order and then was called half an hour later to be told by a very rude employee that they don't deliver to my area but would make an exception this time since they'd already made the food but not to call them again and to call a different area. The person who called me back was the same person who took my order initially and didn't have the good sense to tell me first off they didn't deliver to my area. I was then called half an hour later again by the same very rude employee who said that they wouldn't be delivering at all because they felt it was too far and said they were canceling the order unless I came to pick it up. I live within twenty minutes of this place and any other decent pizza place usually makes the claim of half an hour or less to deliver. Considering I wasn't ordering anything exceptional it should not of been a problem for them to deliver. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Their food is average and at times greasy, their employees are rude, ignorant, and obviously know nothing about customer service, and the fact that it takes them one hour to figure out they don't want to bring you your food doesn't help anything. They basically wasted my time. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else or order Chinese like I did. Overall I'd say this place was pathetic and have no intention of ever using them again.
