        Overall

        I have always had a positive experience in Dr Rook's office but today was exceptional. Since moving to Arizona I am limited to Dr Rooks care in person. Jean made a follow up phone call to me today and her follow through was stellar! She had patience, verified my questions with Dr Rooks, listened to me not just to respond but to understand. EXCELLENT Service Levels! I can not say enough. I am a happy patient even 2500 miles away.
