This place was amazing from the second I walked in. I needed to get my engagement ring re-sized and the person I spoke to was friendly and very helpful. They said it would take thirty minutes (that's right, not two days, not a week, just thirty minutes!) to have my ring ready. I also was curious if they could set my stone a little lower, which they said was not a problem. I asked again for the time, which was just an extra half hour and the price was really reasonable. I came back in exactly one hour and my ring was ready. It looked incredible. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Kevin Jewelers. In just one hour, my ring got re-sized and reset and the price didn't hurt my wallet. I will most definitely be back!

They were professional, honest, and patient and recommended that we go to different jewelers to compare and contrast the diamond stud earrings available in our price range. We did exactly as they recommended learning quite a bit about diamonds in particular about clarity and color. They were quite confident and said they knew that we would be back. They went the additional step of offering to set aside the diamond studs we were interested in for two days. Needless to say, we did return and I now have a beautiful pair of 1.3-carat diamond stud earrings in yellow gold. Both my husband and I are very happy with our informed choice.
