Bodacious Beauty Salon

First picture (if I can figure out how to post one) is what I asked for (I showed her this picture while we were at the salon), picture on the right is what I received.



Customer service about fixing it was terrible, she tried convincing me I was wrong about it being what I wanted, said that I would be the one who would have to pay additional in order to get it corrected to what I had originally wanted (and what she said she was going to give me in the first place), made up excuses about why it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to, and then said I was being petty and offered a $15 refund (which would have been enough to cover the tip that I gave her).



I would completely understand her charging more if I had had buyers remorse, but this was a case of being charged for something I didn't even ask for in the first place. I also made sure to let her know (multiple times, hoping she'd suggest that we fix it) before I left the salon that my hair wasn't what I had expected and that I was disappointed in the color.



I had paid her after leaving the salon ($105) because I thought she would be honorable if I needed a correction since I had already let her know (nicely) that I wasn't particularly happy with what I had received. I figured I'd sleep on it in order to give her the benefit of the doubt and see if it grew on me by morning (if so, then no harm no foul!) and that if I still wasn't thrilled with it, then it would be an easy fix.



I'm usually completely happy to give someone the benefit of the doubt and if a business tries to make it right, then I'm also totally happy to let it slide and give a positive review! In this case, I absolutely do not recommend going to Lauren.
