        Bad service

        Customer service at this location was awful. I went here twice just to get some air in my tires and I was not even acknowledge that I was there. 3 technicians look right at me and didn't even ask if I needed help

        I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They are respectful, considerate, and look out for you. I would highly recommend. I bought 4 tires. I go back every 5,000 miles for a free rotation. I have asked about pricing on brakes, etc., and they have given me really good prices.

        Just awful

        I took my car there to get the rear tire replaced as it had a nail in it. I received my car with the WRONG tire changed. They changed a perfectly good tire and left the one with the nail on my car. I noticed right away and took it back, only to have what the manager scream at me. It almost ended in a fist fight as he shoved me out of the store. I had to go through Belle Tire headquarters to resolve the issue and get my correct tire replaced. They never fired or even disaplined the manager. I will NEVER EVER go to Belle Tire again.
