i was in a tight spot and desperately needed a tire in order to restore my spare back to the trunk. called them up and priced three different tires. the cheaper tire plus a $9 installation fee totalled $84.52. i was happy.

I visited the Cedar Rapids store today. I was in the market for an aerator and liked what I found. There was a model assembled on the floor which I asked for. The young man who was called to help me said I had to pay $25.00 extra because it was assembled. I asked for him to waive the assembly fee since it was a floor model. He said no. I went to a competitor afterwords who was more than happy to sell their floor model for the same price as the ones in the box. I was willing to purchase something that had been handled by who knows how many people at the same price as a brand new one in the box.

I've been a customer at Theisen's for years and have almost always been satisfied with the products and service. I was certainly disappointed on the outcome of todays service.
