Vista Ridge Family Dentistry

I have been going to Vista Ridge Denistry for 3 years and I absolutely love it. They solved a problem that I have had for years that has gone unnoticed. The staff is phenomenal!!!

I truly enjoyed my visit at Vista Ridge Family Dentistry 04/05/17. The Dentist and his staff were professional and friendly. I'm so excited and look forward to having a continuous Beautiful Smile in the future.

Dr. Hedgecock really took his time with me, asking plenty of questions. Office was clean. Reception was pleasant. I have to have a fairly costly procedure done and every effort was made to give me as many financial options as possible. I left there feeling like I could get my procedure done and not have to worry about any insurance antics-- (trying to tell me that I don't need the procedure). I felt like they had my back. Very nice experience.

I've been a patient for a year, and I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hedgecock and his staff at Vista Ridge Family Dental! He is super nice and takes the time to get to know his patients, which is something that I have not experienced with other dentists. His staff is very friendly and always make me feel welcome. Going to the dentist can be quite intimidating and scary at times, but Dr. Hedgecock constantly makes sure that I am comfortable during all procedures. I really like how he explains what he will be doing in terms I can understand, and he encourages me to voice any concerns or questions that I have.



I have never once felt rushed or that Dr. Hedgecock was doing a less than a superb job on the many procedures that my husband and my self have had done there. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. It is awesome to have a dentist who goes out of his way to help his patients without making them feel guilty for previous dental neglect. He is down-to-earth, yet very professional. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I know that I will be in good hands. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Hedgecock to anyone. I am so glad that I found him, and I will continue to see him for years to come!

I had a great dentist experience here. All the staff was very friendly and professional. The examination room is very relaxing with TVs and I was even provided a warm pillow for my neck.

I owe more than just my dental health to Dr. Kerr and his staff. After waiting almost a year post-botched dental work, I reluctantly sought out a new dentist. I came across Vista Ridge Family Dentistry through various internet reviews, and I am thankful I chose them. Previous dental experiences had turned me into a nervous patient and these folks have reversed a great deal of that. The initial appointment for x-rays and cleaning was handled with care by Sarah and Dr. Kerr. Things were explained the entire time, and no one started poking at my most sensitive teeth without letting me know first. They actually listened to and addressed my concerns about a painful molar without a cavity that prevented me from chewing on one side. I worked with Natalie (I think?) to schedule my upcoming fillings, and was blown away at how great this office is at working with their patients from scheduling to billing. Your treatment plan is laid out for you, and there is no pressure to hurry anything along. I received excellent care once more when I returned for my fillings. Dr. Kerr even fixed the sensitivity issue with my molar. Thanks to some light sedation, I didn't embarrass myself too much with my shaking and jumpiness.



During one of the initial discussions with Dr. Kerr, I mentioned my inability to breathe out of my nose (for the better part of 6 years) and he encouraged me to see an ENT. I have seen many doctors over the years for the issue, and gave up on it after treatments failed to help. It was pinned on allergies, and never once did a doctor tell me it wasn't normal and send me to an ENT. Long story short, I took Dr. Kerr's advice, and was shocked to learn that I had a tumor/polyps that needed quite a bit of surgery. Just days after that surgery, my quality of life had already drastically improved. Pathology on everything they removed came back benign, and I haven't been able breathe this well in at least 6 years. I am so thankful for the overall care and compassion and owe many aspects of my improving health to Vista Ridge Family Dentistry.

Dr. Hedgecock, Dr. Kerr, and their entire staff truly are the best! Our whole family actually ENJOYS going to the dentist since we found Vista Ridge Family Dentistry. From their well planned, high-tech, and beautiful office, to the friendly staff, to the top notch care, it doesn't get any better. We have NEVER had to wait, and they have convenient after school/work hours. The doctors and staff remember you and are genuine. They're great with kids and adults and it's always a painless, stress-free experience! Plus, we love that they support local sports teams!

Let me start by saying Thank You to Dr. Max Kerr and his staff. Everyone here is first rate and then some. Let's face it, nobody is overjoyed by going to the dentist starting at a young age. Throughout my life I have experienced many dentists and I am very picky about the ones that I stick with because I have one ask "Be Gentle". Dr. Kerr is the most gentle of any Dentist I have been to by a mile and a super nice guy with a great understanding of his profession and his clients needs. If you are like me and care about getting the best job done possible at the best comfort level then look no further than Dr. Kerr. I had a crown reconstruction which is pretty major work and he even came in on the weekend when I needed urgent help. Bravo Dr. Kerr! You have a lifelong patient :)
