This is the worst place ever for management dont worry if you apply ur chances on getting in are null cuz they are trying to kick everyone out of the park by makeing the rules so that even if your a perfect tenant you still could break the rules according to the "law" which wouod be Paul the manager who dictates if he likes you or not what rules you have to abide by if he dont like you your pretty much screwed if he likes you he wont screw you right away.
