Bakery On A Hill

Horrible horrible service. Employees take no pride in their work. I ordered cupcakes for a bridal shower and have them pictures of how I would like them decorated. Went twice to ensure they understood. They did not communicate with one another and the cupcakes came out nothing like I asked. The baker said he wasn't exactly sure what I wanted even though I left pictures and exact written instructions and they told me they understood a few days earlier. She never bothered to call me and clarify if she wasn't sure. She decorated them how she wanted and to be honest, a fourth grader could of done the same work.

Stopped today to order lots of Christmas cookies, brownies, pretzels and all for a Christmas party. Staff didn't seem very interest in selling anything. Had no interest in showing me what they could do. Total opposite of the old Busy Bee. Will find another place for my bakery purchases.

My wife ordered a cake for our 5 year old son's birthday. She ordered half chocolate and half vanilla. Needless to say, it was as flavorful as cheap cake from a wholesale bakery. I was very disappointed with the cake and when I found out how much she paid for the cake, I was furious.

I will never order another cake from this place again!!
