        Overall

        Unethical ways of disconnecting service without an official letter notice. Come home to zero water. Management needs to re-evaluate how they put disconnection notices out.

        Water District 8 provides very good service...as soon as a pump goes out or a break discovered, the guys are on the job and the problem is promptly fixed!
