        When I asked for an estimate roofers came out with ladders and climbed up on the roof to see what needed done. Not like some companies that send out a salesman who walks around the house on the ground then hands you fancy color brochure. I want a good roof not a fancy brochure. All Pro did a good job and after it was done they sent a thank you card for doing business with them. Very classy.
