Perfect 10 Nails

today i had my nails done and all i wanted was a simple gel polish. not even a manicure, just the polish. there were 2 customers already being worked on and no one but me waiting. after a few minutes of trying to figure out where the gel polish colors were, i sat down in a chair where they said and they said theyd be right with me. meanwhile a third nail tech sat at her desk just a few feet in front me, texting on her phone for at least 15 minutes before i finally spoke up and asked if there was any way she could get me started because i was in a bit of a hurry and knew gel polish took a while to cure. after a few minutes she did come over and start the process by cleaning the surface of my nails with some acetone on a cotton ball. then she proceeded to go right back to her other desk and sit there and text for another 10 minutes before the nail tech next to her was done and apparently ready to do me. i failed to see why the first nail tech just didnt continue my whole service in the first place but whatever. so then shes finally painting my nails and she takes 45 minutes just to do the clear coat and the first two color coats! so i was forced to just say enough was enough and i had to go. an hr and 15 min later i walk out irritated because they had absolutely no regard for my time and my nails are already chipped. thank goodness I only payed $20 but it was definitely $20 too much.
