After graduating in 1984 from University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill, Dr. Kennington was employed by Clinical Research Associates, now known as Clinician's Report. He was a dentist with the United States Air Force for 12 years, including a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from 1994 to 1996. He left the Air Force in 1998 to join a private practice in Mountain Home, Idaho. Dr. Kennington began his own private practice when he moved to Castle Rock, Washington in 2002.
