Dishonest Business



The manager or store owner does not honor his return policies. When I reported them to the better business bureau he lied and said I did not have a receipt which I did and supplied it to the BBB. It is unbelievable to me that people think they can run a business this way.

I got a front tire flat on my motorcycle on I-5 near the Castle Rock exit. I walked into town, and luckily Gunnars was open Saturday until 6 PM when Napa had closed. Awesome! The gentleman working there was helpful in recommending what I needed to make the repair and get back on the road. I was then pleasantly surprised when he offered me a ride back to the highway when he got off. I am grateful that independent stores run by folks like this are alive and well. It's helpfulness that makes the world go 'round! Thanks again! : )
