        Went to meet a group of friend...

        Went to meet a group of friends for drinks and appetizers.

        * Live music was too loud in the bar area. Moved to a different table.

        * Worst service we had ever experienced (waiter Chris). After the first round of drinks and appetizers he disappeared. We still had some food missing and were sitting in front of empty glasses. We asked another waiter to send Chris to our table. Pointed out to Chris that he had abandoned us. He responded very rudely and disrespectfully. Complained to the manager, he apologized and sent us a different waiter (very attentive).

        * Food arrived almost cold and wasn't anything special either. One appetizer was forgotten to be served.

        This has been our 4th time to the Sienna. Every visit so far has been overshadowed by the poor service. Since we live in Castle Rock we thought to give it another shot just out of convenience.

        My recommendation: Just don't bother. It is very easy to find another place with better atmosphere, hot/ tastier food and especially attentive/ friendly service.

        STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Price of...

        STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Price of food is too high for what you get. The chef is horrible, his food isn't bad, but don't DARE ask him for something extra/special or anything other than whats on the menu! He and the managment are very anti-customer service!!! The manager "B Y" sits at the bar and acts as a dictator rather than a "leader" and thats unsettling while your eating your high dollar meal listening to him yell at his employees while sitting there doing nothing and the workers are tending to tables. The bartenders are arrogant and are never nice. The attitude of the managment is felt throughout.



        Hard to support a local business that doesn't even take care of their employees and allows the managment to treat its employees that way!



        We take clients to lunch and dinner all the time and would rather support a different restaurant!!

        Okay experience

        We really enjoyed our food but it was pricey for what we got. The portions were surprisingly small. They were very stingy with the bread and our waiter was grumpy.

        one of the best in Castle Rock

        can be pricey (relative to other restaurants in Castle Rock), but great atmosphere and excellent food. excellent Sunday brunch as well. enjoy!
