Having my parents pass away intestate, my husband and I have talked about setting up an estate plan for the past several years but never seemed to make time to schedule an appointment. Plus, going to a lawyer, any lawyer, can be scary. Finally we said we need to do this. He called Gubbels Law Office and was able to get an appointment within a few days. Darrell was pleasant, went over all the options, forms and cost. He wasn't scary and neither was the experience. Draft forms were sent to us for approval within days of the appointment and after we sent our approval back, the final docs were ready to sign. The cost was very reasonable. He wanted to make sure we covered all bases so we wouldn't have to pay for more than what we need nor pay for additional forms later when our wishes could be incorporated at that time. But the most important thing is our peace of mind. I highly recommend this law firm for all your estate needs.
