        Outstanding Customer Service!

        I am a Service and Parts Director at Pollard Jeep in Boulder Colorado I had a good customer of ours break down in Casper and the Dealership in town was not going to be able to get him in for 3 days. I found the number to Doyle Johnson's Auto Repair on line and gave them a call hoping they could assist with my stranded customer, Jerry answered the phone and helped me every step of the way. This shop definately understands what customer service is all about and I will recommend them to everyone I know that travels through Casper.......Thank you!

        wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. only drawback is they are always busy so its definitely best to make an appt.

        great job

        thanks to doyle johnsons i saved several hundred dollars they properly diagnosed my problem even though they charge mopre per hour, their experiened tech accuratly found the probem wherein saving me time and money they used all warranteed parts and offer a nationwide warranteee i dont have to go to the dealership any more they have the right equipment and the training to take care of all my needs thanks guys keep up the good work

        DOYLE JOHNSONS TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY OTHERS SAID THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR PARTS BUT I FOUND OUT THEY CHARGE SUGGESTED REATIL PRICE AND OFFER PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTEE IF I WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LABOR IF THE PART FAILS, I CAN GO GET MY OWN PARTS ALL PARTS STORES SELL OVER THE COUTER AT ABOUT 25 PERCENT DISCOUNT OFF OF SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE ALL PARTS AND LABOR WERE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO THE WORK BEING DONE SO I COULD DECIDE FOR MYSELF IF I WANTED TO GO TO THE TROUBLE OF GETTING MY OWN PARTS WAY TO GO GUYS
