        **Billing Policies:** All rent is due on the 1st of each month. No exceptions will be made. If rent is not received by the 5th of the month, a $10.00 late fee will be charged. A management overlock will also be placed on your unit and you will be denied gate access. If rent remains unpaid after 35 days, an additional $10.00 late fee will be charged and an auction notice will be mailed to you. We do NOT pro-rate rent when you move out. It is in your best interest to move out as close to the end of the month as possible. Any days used into the following month will be charged the entire month's rent. A $10.00 Administrative Setup Fee is charged when moving in. This is a one-time non-refundable fee. **Storage Policies:** *Storage units are for storage. Working in or around units will not be allowed. *Keep your unit locked at all times. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. *Insure your belongings. We are not responsible for any damage to your pro perty. *Notify the office ASAP when you will be vacating so that we can prepare to have your unit available for rent to other tenants. *Do not dump any trash in or around the facility and/or dumpster area. A dumping fee will be charged!! *Upon vacating your unit, please be sure to clean your unit. A cleaning fee will be charged if we have to clean up after you. *Notify the office immediately upon vacating so your unit can be inspected.

        **We Offer:** Month-to-Month Leases All of our leases are on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term commitments. Monthly Statements A friendly reminder notice is mailed 15 days prior to the 1st of each month to remind you the rent will be due soon. We also provide you with a self-addressed returned payment envelope. Automatic Credit Card Billing We can automatically bill your credit card each month. As an incentive for signing up for this type of billing, we will deduct $10.00 from the first month's rent billed by credit card. A receipt of each transaction will be mailed to you. Discounts A 10% discount is given if you prepay for six (6) months rent in advance. Secure Facility Our facility is surrounded by security fencing with an entry gate. Each tenant is given a code to access the facility that is linked to our computer. A log is kept of all entries. Our facility is well lit and monitored by security cameras. Overnight Drop Box Use our conve nient drop box located on the left side of the front door.
