Well, the time has nearly come where I will bid you farewell following your 10 years in managing my rental property in Holly Springs.

I wanted to let you know how much I have appreciated your professionalism and experience. As you remember in 2006, you recommended a single family home for me to purchase as an investment. You suggested this home over another as the other had a poor kitchen layout. I did not see either of the properties but trusted and respected your judgment. After I bought the home you recommended, you found a tenant and over the past 10 years, you and your team have found numerous tenants, kept the property rented, managed all aspects including advertising, screening, showing the property, selecting tenants, collecting rent, handling repairs, purchasing new appliances as needed, getting trees planted, managing and improving the landscape and sending the monthly income checks to me. You’ve done all of this keeping finances in mind knowing that as this is an investment, maximum positive cash flow is a priority. Even with the recent sale of this property, after the last tenants moved out, you took care of everything to get the home ready and you listed it for sale.

I recommend your services to anyone looking to buy a home and to have it professionally managed!

I felt sorry for the next family that moves into the rental we just moved out of. The companies they contract with eletrical, carpet, plumming ect will take your belongings if you are not watching them. Please find anyone else besides this property management company to rent from.

I'm on a month to month lease and these people still want a 30 day notice. These people are true crooks when it comes to renters. Please rent from anyone else besides Lillian Smith property management.

This property manager is absolutely horrible. She got me a bad tenant, cost me thousands of dollars, and seemed to be more concerned about the tenant's issues than representing my interests as the owner. She also took actions without my approval which directly cost me money. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
