I am disabled and I have tried...

I am disabled and I have tried to get a van for over one month with no luck. My husband contacted Mike Rich and within three hours of working on it I got a 2012 Town & Country. This dealership was the best I have ever dealt with and that will receive all of my business. They are a blessing because they really care and shoot from the hip. No one tried to push us and Mike even drove the van to my home so I could sign the papers. No body would ever had done that in my life. I can now get out of my home without my husband and I owe all of this to God and Mike Rich and the manager as well. Thank You All for this Blessimg

I purchased my first Jeep back...

I purchased my first Jeep back in 2007 and was ready for something new. After talking with several salesmen, I found the right guy Daniel Edwards, or as he may be better known as the Bow tie guy. Daniel was friendly and very knowledgeable. Autopark Chrysler Jeep is very lucky to have someone like him, plus their vehicles aren't bad either.

Larry Tomos at Leith AutoPark ...

Larry Tomos at Leith AutoPark Chrysler Jeep is one of the most professional sales people I have ever had the privilege of working with. I have purchased (3) Jeeps from Larry and each time he has been nothing but accessible and courteous during the entire transaction. He isn't one of those people who make the sell and doesn't follow up anymore. He always stays in touch and is genuinely interested in how I'm enjoying my Jeep. No wonder has been with Jeep for so long! He is the ultimate professional!

I had a great experience buying my car at Autopark Chrysler Jeep, and Mike Rich was a huge part of that. It was my first time buying a car on my own, and he made me feel very comfortable and didn't pressure me on anything. He went over and above what I expected that day. Everyone who worked on my deal was helpful and professional. I would definitely send a friend there.

Wonderful experience! Mike Ric...

Wonderful experience! Mike Rich is an awesome sales person- very curteous and professional. I saw the Jaguar XF online, called Mike and he got the process rolling. Within hours, he had everything processed along with drivers to deliver the car to my driveway the same day!! I absolutely LOVE the car! It was just as described and and just as beautiful as displayed in the pictures.

Believe me when I tell you that I have met a lot of car salespersons.

My wife and I are in the market for a new car for her. Her current automobile, was purchased at Autopark but that was not what drove us back there.

Will Sutton is the salesman working with us. He is as genuine as they come. He seems to care about what is important to you.

Give him a try. You will find him refreshing.

Juan helped me find my dream jeep! I purchased my first jeep from Autopark Jeep about 9 years ago and loved it. When it was time for a replacement, I looked at many other cars and finally went back to Autopark. Juan listened as I explained exactly what I was looking for. We walked out on the lot and he pointed to a beautiful Red Grand Cherokee that had everything I wanted and more. Juan answered all the questions I had and made sure I knew about all the cool features of the car. Even after the purchase, I was able to call him and get questions answered. I give Juan 5 stars!! However, all paperwork I've received about the warranty I purchased has my name spelled incorrectly. I'm still trying to get this sorted out :-(.

This dealership was fantastic....

This dealership was fantastic. Mike Wing was very, very helpful in all stages of the process. My wife is very pleased with her new Chrysler 200 Limited. She'd tell you herself but she's too busy driving around. Mike is definitely a "go-to" guy and makes it look easy helping you with your purchase. Thanks Mike!!!.........CB

I visited AutoParkChrysler after car shopping at various dealerships as well as online. Will Sutton really listened to what I wanted and instead of feeling pressured (as I have at other places) I felt very taken care of. I bought my used Jeep Liberty and have loved every second of my purchase. He was very flexible during the whole buying process. He even negotiated with me over text messages, because I was to busy at work to come in. He even brought the car to me for a test drive!! I would recommend Will Sutton to anyone (I sent my sister to him to buy a car) looking for quality service that goes beyond just the sales floor!!

I drove to AutoPark Jeep from Charlotte because I couldn't find the vehicle I wanted or the smooth sales process I was looking for. Dan Edwards and his team provided me both. Despite the drive to get there, I saved more time because the process was so efficient and straightforward. I enjoyed my experience, got what I wanted, and look forward to enjoying my new Grand Cherokee. Thanks Dan, Glenn and the rest of your team that made this such and easy process.

Everyone has different experie...

Everyone has different experiences with a company and all I can do is warn customers about my girlfriend's and mine. We have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler and she took it into their service department for a simple oil change as well as other services it recommends at the mileage it has. This is simple as many know and I usually do the service myself but my girlfriend insisted we take it to the dealer. I get a call later that morning saying that they broke off the oil plug on the pan and it would cost over a thousand dollars to put on a new pan as well as a few other services. I take off early and we drive down there and I tell them that the Jeep was fine when we brought it in and they broke it and need to fix it and of course they refuse using that old lets blame it on the guy before us. I am a big lover of Wranglers and in a way it’s a family but the customer service at this supposed 5 star service center and their lack of taking responsibility for their actions are appalling. Working on cars myself when I was younger at Sears you know how much torque a bolt takes to come off and when it seems to be getting to the point of breaking you STOP and CALL the customer to warn them what could happen if you proceed and give them the choice. I have personally encountered the exact occurrence. You don't just break it and then blame someone else. It’s simple...It worked when it was driven in...your tech broke it under your roof...you need to man up and pay to fix it. I am not totally sure on the man’s name that I spoke to last since the whole conversation was done in a hallway and not an office but our “service advisor” was Pauline Frederick.

Overall
avoid this place

I have a pt cruiser convertible and when the top failed to operate this summer, I took it here to have them take a look. They charged $90 to tell me that the pump was faulty and needed replaced for $1000.00. I couldn’t believe it. The car was not even 3 years old. I explained to them that I heard a pop and I thought that the top fell off the track. The guy behind the counter said "it wouldn’t be that" and made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. When I picked up my car, there were greasy finger smudges everywhere and grease on the steering wheel. The upholstery was pulled up and not properly put back. There was a piece of vinyl that was broken off and superglued back on and an unknown "part" that was placed under my seat. I called the dealership and I brought the car back and the cleaned the stains. They denied breaking off the piece and said they didn’t know what the part went to and basically said sorry but were not going to do anything about it since the car still runs. To this day I still have the part and do not know where it came from. Off course I did not have them fix the top. Yesterday, my fiancé, who is not a mechanic, took a look at my car to see what he could do. He immediately identified a screw/pin that had sheared off and the hydraulic arm was not connected to the top. As I originally tried to explain to numb skull at the dealership. To make it short, he fixed my top for 11 cents. I can’t figure out how a $90 "diagnostic" missed this. I would avoid this place. It is no surprise to see this many bad reviews, take the advice!
