I rented a unit here in 2012 and the agreement says no pest control allowed, they do that themselves. 4 months later 4 dressers, 2 coffee tables, 3 complete beds, and a complete Lazyboy living room set consisting of a couch, loveseat, and 2 recliners ruined by mice and everything else infested with roaches and neither their or U-Hauls insurance covers it. They won't even fill out a form of anykind. So save your money to by new belongings and throw the old out or donate it.
