Radiant Skin Care Spa

I booked an appointment this past Saturday to have a facial done. Prior to beginning the "extraction" portion of the facial, I asked Jamila if my face would scab or scar afterward. She asked if it ever had before after a facial, and I responded with "No." Jamila proceeded to perform very painful extractions to bilateral sides of my face, using excessive force. (I had a couple of deep black heads along my jaw line, but nothing excessive.) She continued to do extractions for an entire hour after I protested that it felt very traumatic to my skin. She sent me out of the spa with my face bleeding, and very inflamed and tender. I returned today (72 hours out) and explained to her that I was unhappy with the service I received. She cut me off and spoke over me. I requested a refund, as my skin looks very torn up, and she stated, "We don't give refunds." I said I would like a gift certificate for a future comp on a service, then. She told me I was very unappreciative of her services. I explained that I appreciate the time and effort she put into my facial, but overall, I am dissatisfied with the results, which needs to be rectified. She was unwilling to accommodate me in the slightest. She was very defensive and reluctant to allow me to get a word in edge-wise. I will not be returning for future services at this spa.

WORST manicure ever!!! It took 2 HOURS to have my "manicurist" to cut me multiple times with cuticle clippers, shape my nails round, square and heart shaped (who knew that was possible) and miss parts of my nail while painting it. Last but not least, this place hardly has a "spa" feel, it's more of a sterile, hospital feel. I wouldn't go back if someone paid me!!
