This nursing home is by far the worse. The story of my family member being there is quite simple. There was one nurse who took very good care of her, that nurse (Nelly) died. She was replaced by a woman who threatened my family member's life and ultimately took it. She told my family member to "Shut up or else I'll lock you in this room and starve you to death." She forced big spoonfuls of food that even a full grown man couldn't swallow down my family member's throat. She got pneumonia, and blisters all over her body. When the woman used the suction she did not clean it out! There was mold in it! She handled my family member incorrectly when she was getting better with the previous nurse. My family member was in there in 2009, she died because that nurse killed her. I wouldn't take my dog there. I never spoke out when she was alive because she thought it would get worse, but ultimately she died due to not telling anyone. We couldn't be there 24/7 to make sure she was okay. I watched her die.......I hope that nurse is admitted there one day and gets the same evil handed down to her. My Grandmother Alice F. Poe deserves that justice.
