        Overall

        I went there this morning as I noticed one of my tires was really worn out and the techs were so nice,honest, professional and helpful! Turns out when they inspected all my tires there was another one that needed replacement and they were Awesome!!! Even as I wasn't prepared for that, Tech made sure I got my two tires to be safe on the road THANK YOU. I always go there for air and they are always so friendly and fast! We need more businesses with such awesome customer service....

        At the Carpentersville locati...

        At the Carpentersville location, Brian, was very rude to me. I have a Taurus and so does my dad, so we both got a groupon for this. Since we have the same last name, he harassed us and was very rude about accepting the coupon. How can he prove that we only own one Taurus? You don;t take down VIN numbers when selling a tire. We had each brought in the tire since we are very good with cars and wanted to save on installation fee. I will never use their business again.
